- Property Name, Unit/Flat Number, Block, and Physical Address
- User Role (Admin, Caretaker, Resident, Technician, or Public Customer)
- Staff credentials, designation, and skills (for technicians and staff)
B. Device Permissions & Sensitive Data (Mobile App)
- Camera Permission: Used by technicians and administrators to capture work-in-progress photos, job completion proof, and upload profile avatars.
- Photos & Media Library Access: Used to attach pre-existing photos to service ticket descriptions and profile picture uploads.
- Audio Permission (Microphone): Requested only when recording voice notes attached to maintenance job reports.
C. Work Logs & Attendance Records
For staff and technicians, the app records check-in/check-out timestamps, availability status (On-Duty / Off-Duty), customer feedback ratings, and digital sign-off signatures for completed maintenance tasks.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information for specific, legitimate business purposes:
- To create and manage user accounts for residents, caretakers, technicians, and admins.
- To process, assign, schedule, and resolve facility maintenance service requests.
- To record technician work proof, customer ratings, and maintenance history.
- To track staff availability and attendance registers for operations management.
- To send automated service status notifications (e.g. Technician Assigned, Completed).
- To maintain system security, detect fraud, and ensure app stability.

All user data, service tickets, and media uploads are securely transmitted over HTTPS/SSL encrypted connections and stored in enterprise-grade cloud databases with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Access to personal data is limited strictly to authorized Maintex administrative staff and service coordinators.
